Alyson Lee Hannigan

Alyson Lee Hanigan was born on 24 March 1974. American actor and host of a television show She is a native of the United States of America. Her most well-known roles include parts in Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-2003), Willow Rosenberg (2005-2014) and Lily Aldrin (2005–2014), which was awarded an People's Choice Award in 2009. Michelle Flaherty (1999–2012) was also in her credits. Hannigan hosts Penn Teller: Fool Us since 2016. Teller The Fright Us began in the year 2016. Hannigan is also the voice actor of Claire Clancy from Fancy Nancy (2018-2018). Hannigan is the sole child of Emilie (Posner) Haas (a real estate agent) and Alan Hannigan (a Teamsters worker). Hannigan's mother, who's Jewish as well, is Irish. At age four, Hannigan began appearing in commercials. When she was 11 she moved to Hollywood with her mother. In Santa Barbara, her father was an agent for casting. She auditioned. She attended California State University Northridge after high school. She was part of of the Alpha Chi Omega fraternity in Northridge and received an undergraduate degree in psychology. Hannigan was in her first film appearance in the 1988 film My Stepmother Is an Alien. Seth Green was also one of her co-stars, and was later her co-star on Buffy. Her first TV part in a series came in 1989 when she was made an actress on the ABC sitcom Free Spirit. Hannigan was only 14 years old old when she became a babysitter to Bob Saget's children. Saget was Hannigan's How I Met Your Mother co-star. Hannigan was later chosen to be Willow Rosenberg in Buffy the Vampire Slayer's favorite character Buffy Summers. In 1997, Hannigan received the national media attention. She also was a watcher over Bob Saget's children on the show How I Met Your Mom. Angel requested that she play Willow's role in a few episodes.
