Rashida Jones
Rashida Jones was born in Los Angeles,
California, the daughter of media mogul, producer and singer Quincy Jones and
actress Peggy Lipton. Her older sister is Kidada Jones, and five half-siblings
from her father's other relationships. Her father is African-American, and her
mother Ashkenazi Jewish (a descendant from migrants to Russia and Latvia).
Rashida was born into Reform Judaism. Her birthplace was Bel Air, Los Angeles.
Jones admitted that Jones' mixed race parents were not acceptable to her during
the 1970s. Jones began her debut as a professional actor in The Last Don in
1997 an animated mini-series, which was influenced by Mario Puzo. Also in 1997,
Rashida graduated from Harvard University. She attended the Buckley School in
Sherman Oaks (California). The school was voted the most likely to succeed. Her
name is Arabic (O+-O'UO-O(c)) for "Major adult, mature older or
wise". People magazine's 50 Most Beautiful People. (USA) [2002Half-sister

Rachel Jones. On February 25, 2003 Mark Ronson, a music producer, had
previously been engaged to her. Niece of Robert Lipton. Her romantic
relationships are Josh Hartnett and Charlie Hunnam. Kidada Jones was her
sister's ring bearer and also singer for an Tupac Shakur tribute track. Kidada
as well as her brother Quincy Jones III composed the song. Quincy Jones III,
their father, also appeared in the opening, reciting Shakur's lyrics
"Starry Night". The title of the song is a tribute to the poem.
Rashida is an African-American, and has little English, Scottish, or Welsh
ancestry than his mother (some of his African ancestors came from the Tikar
tribe of Cameroon). Rashida's mom, Ashkenazi Jewish (of Russian Jewish heritage
and Latvian Jewish heritage), is Rashida. Her maternal grandparents came from
South Carolina and Mississippi. Her maternal grandfather was from New York and
her maternal grandmother was from Eastern European Jewish descent, was born in
Dublin, Ireland. By the end of 2009, she was playing three distinct characters
in the show, including "Karen", on the classic TV sitcoms Freaks and
Geeks (1999), Stella ((2005) and The Office ((2005)).
