Cattrall, born 21 August 1956 was a British-Canadian actress. Her role in the
role of Samantha Jones in HBO's Sex and the City (1998-04) is her most
well-known. She received five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe
Award nominees. In 2002, she won the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress.
She reprised her role in the movies Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the
City 2 (2010). Cattrall was first seen in Rosebud (1975) and then went on to
perform diverse roles on television. The 1980s saw she rose to fame thanks to
films like Ticket to Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984) and Hold-Up (1985).
She was also in City Limits (1985), Big Trouble in Little China(86), Mannequin
(1987), Masquerade (1888), Midnight Crossing (1988) and The Return of the
Musketeers (1989). Tribute (1980), Porky's (81) and Turk 182(85), and Baby
Geniuses (999) were only a few occasions she co-starred with Bob Clark. Her
film credits comprise The Bonfire of the Vanities (90), Star Trek VI: The
Undiscovered Country(91) and Split Second(92), Above Suspicion (1995) as well
as 15 Minutes (2001), Crossroads(2002), Ice Princess (2006), My Boy Jack
